TRINIX GREEN ENERGY LLP

Our services

Everything a solar plant needs, under one contract.

From the engineering drawings to the last cable tie — design, supply, installation, fittings, approvals, commissioning and maintenance.

E

Engineering

Good plants are built on paper first. Our design work turns your site and consumption data into a complete set of drawings and calculations.

  • Site survey, roof or land measurement and shadow analysis
  • Energy audit and plant capacity sizing
  • Module layout and string configuration
  • Single line diagram (SLD) and cable sizing
  • Mounting structure design for wind load and roof type
  • Earthing and lightning protection design
  • Generation estimate and bill of quantities
P

Procurement

We source every component to the approved design and bill of quantities, so what arrives on site is exactly what was specified.

  • Solar PV modules and inverters
  • Mounting structures and fasteners
  • DC and AC cables, connectors and distribution boards
  • Earthing, lightning protection and metering equipment
  • Material inspection and quality checks
  • Transport, unloading and safe storage at site
C

Construction

Our installation team builds the plant to the drawings, tests it thoroughly and connects it to the grid.

  • Civil foundations and structure erection
  • Module mounting and alignment
  • DC and AC cable laying, termination and dressing
  • Inverter, DCDB and ACDB installation
  • Earthing pits and lightning arrester installation
  • Pre-commissioning tests and grid synchronisation
  • Final handover with complete documentation

Fittings & balance of system

All fittings included — nothing extra to arrange

The balance of system is everything around the modules that makes the plant safe, durable and complete. It is all part of our scope.

Module mounting structures

Galvanised steel or aluminium structures designed for the roof type and wind load.

Solar inverters

String or hybrid inverters matched to the plant capacity.

DC cables & connectors

UV-resistant solar DC cable with MC4 connectors.

AC cables

Correctly sized AC cabling from inverter to the connection point.

DCDB & ACDB

Distribution boards with fuses, isolators, MCBs and surge protection devices.

Earthing system

Separate earthing for the DC side, AC side and lightning arrester, with earth pits.

Lightning arrester

Lightning protection covering the module area.

Cable trays & conduits

Trays, conduits and clamps for neat, protected cable routing.

Net meter & generation meter

Metering as required by the electricity distribution company.

Remote monitoring

Data logger and app set-up to track generation.

Safety signage & labelling

Danger boards, cable tags and string labelling.

Walkways & cleaning line

Access walkways and a water line for module cleaning, where the site needs them.

Approvals & net metering

Connecting a solar plant to the grid involves applications, inspections and agreements. We prepare the documents and follow them through.

  • Application to the electricity distribution company (DISCOM)
  • Technical feasibility and load sanction follow-up
  • Net-metering agreement and meter installation coordination
  • Subsidy documentation where applicable
  • Statutory electrical approvals for larger plants

Operation & maintenance

A solar plant runs for decades. Regular care keeps generation high and catches small issues before they become costly.

  • Scheduled module cleaning
  • Preventive checks of inverter, cables and connections
  • Earthing and structure inspection
  • Generation monitoring and performance reports
  • Breakdown and warranty claim support
