How we work
From design to final handover, step by step.
Eight stages take your project from the first conversation to a commissioned, documented solar plant. Here is what happens at each one and what you receive.
-
01
Consultation & site survey
We start by understanding how much power you use and when. Our team then visits the site to measure the roof or land, check the structure and study shadows through the day.
- Review of electricity bills and sanctioned load
- Roof or land measurement and structural check
- Shadow analysis of the usable area
-
02
Feasibility & proposal
Using the survey data, we size the plant, estimate its yearly generation and work out the savings and payback, then put it in a proposal you can compare line by line.
- Recommended plant capacity and system type
- Estimated generation and savings
- Techno-commercial proposal with full scope
-
03
Detailed design & engineering
Once you approve the proposal, our engineers prepare the working drawings — the layout, electrical scheme, structure and protection design that the whole plant is built from.
- Module layout and string design
- Single line diagram (SLD) and cable sizing
- Structure, earthing and lightning protection design
- Bill of quantities (BOQ)
-
04
Approvals & documentation
We prepare and follow up the applications needed to connect your plant to the grid, so you are not chasing offices and forms.
- DISCOM application and feasibility approval
- Net-metering agreement paperwork
- Subsidy documentation where applicable
-
05
Procurement & supply
We procure the modules, inverters, structures, cables and every fitting to the approved BOQ, inspect them and deliver them to your site.
- Solar modules and inverters
- Mounting structures, cables and all fittings
- Material inspection before dispatch
-
06
Installation & construction
Our installation team builds the plant: foundations and structure, module mounting, DC and AC cabling, inverters, distribution boards, earthing and lightning protection.
- Civil work and mounting structure erection
- Module mounting and DC / AC cabling
- Inverter, ACDB / DCDB, earthing and lightning arrester installation
-
07
Testing & commissioning
Before the plant is energised we test every string and connection. After the meters are installed, we synchronise the plant with the grid and confirm it is generating as designed.
- Insulation, continuity and earth resistance tests
- String voltage and current checks
- Net meter installation and grid synchronisation
-
08
Handover & support
We hand over a working plant along with the documents and training you need to run it — and stay available for operation and maintenance afterwards.
- As-built drawings and test reports
- Warranty certificates and O&M manual
- Monitoring app set-up and user training
Final handover
What you receive when we hand over the plant
Handover is more than switching the plant on. You receive a complete file for the plant, so it can be operated, maintained and serviced properly for years.
- Commissioned solar plant, synchronised with the grid
- As-built drawings and single line diagram
- Pre-commissioning and commissioning test reports
- Warranty certificates for modules, inverters and other equipment
- Operation and maintenance manual
- Monitoring app access and login details
- On-site training for operating and cleaning the plant safely
- Copies of approvals and net-metering documents
Planning a solar plant? Let's size it properly.
Share your electricity bill and site details. We will survey the site and come back with a clear design, scope and proposal.
